Abstract

Technological developments have a significant impact, including the application of artificial intelligence (AI), which then changes competitive strategies in various sectors, especially finance and construction services. Employing data-driven systems, artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed the competitive strategy of the financial industry, empowering companies to enhance efficiency, agility, and decision-making. This paper investigates the possibility of using AI skills acquired in finance in the Indonesian green building industry, which struggles to control project budgets, expenses, and sustainability performance.
